Technically, the Malibu features a precision-ground blade crafted from MagnaCut stainless steel, a modern alloy known for its impressive balance of corrosion resistance, toughness and long-lasting edge retention. The high flat grind promotes efficient cutting performance, while the reverse tanto offers excellent control for a wide variety of everyday tasks. A tuned button-lock mechanism acts as both lock and detent, delivering crisp flipper deployment while allowing safe, one-handed closing without placing fingers in the blade’s path. The blade rides on smooth ball bearings supported by hardened steel washers, ensuring fluid operation, while the handle’s contoured aluminium construction and discreet deep-carry pocket clip complete a clean, well-engineered design focused on smooth function and comfortable daily carry.
