The Para 3 encapsulates all the tried-and-true features and advantages of Spyderco’s highly acclaimed Para Military™2, condensed into an even more compact, versatile cutting tool. Crafted with precision, its three-inch blade is machined from CPM® S45VN stainless steel, the beautifully functional full-flat grind strikes a perfect balance between strength and precision for peerless EDC performance. The blade is cloaked in DLC, (Diamond Like Coating), an incredibly hardwearing coating that helps protect against scratches and corrosion whilst also keeping the visual signature of the knife at a minimum in lowlight conditions.
This example is in near mint condition but has been carried and lightly used. The factory edge is still very sharp, just some light scratches in the DLC near the tip, pictured. Complete with original box and papers.

An ergonomic triumph
Designed for a solid grip, the knife incorporates a textured index-finger choil and thumb ramp, enhancing control during meticulous cutting tasks. The distinctive Trademark Round Hole™ on the blade unmistakably identifies it as part of the Spyderco family, ensuring quick, confident, one-handed opening with either hand.
In order to maintain a slim and pocket-friendly profile, the Para 3 adopts a lightweight, open-backed construction. The stainless steel liners are nested into machined recesses within the textured G-10 scales, reducing handle thickness while offering rigidity for the knife's Compression Lock®. This proprietary lock offers high-strength and owing to its position on the back of the handle, safe and easy one-handed closure.
To cater to various carrying preferences, the Para 3 features a four-position hourglass clip and an oversized lanyard hole.
