The Lightweight Native 5 is a fantastic everyday workhorse. Lightweight, sturdy with superb ergonomics you really couldn't ask for more. The blade has a beautiful blasted finish that makes in stand out on the collection. I took some extra photos of this one, it really looks great in the field. This is like new, unused and uncarried. Complete with box.

Spyderco Native5 Lightweight – Premium Engineering with a Featherweight Design
Since its debut in 1997, the Native has been a cornerstone of Spyderco's product range and a flagship of our American-made knives. Over the years, the design has evolved, reaching its pinnacle in 2012 with the release of the Native5. The latest model in the Native family, the Native5 Lightweight, combines the sophisticated engineering of the Native5 with the weight-saving benefits of an injection-moulded, fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle.
Proudly crafted in our factory in Golden, Colorado, the Native5 features a spear-point blade made from premium CPM® S30V stainless steel. The blade boasts a full-flat grind, distal taper, textured index-finger choil, thumb ramp, and an understated swedge, which together offer both a distinctive appearance and exceptional edge geometry for precision and utility. The blade is complemented by a highly refined back lock mechanism that takes this time-tested design to a new level of engineering excellence.
The linerless FRN handle is equipped with Spyderco's Bi-Directional Texturing™ for an ultra-secure grip, while also reducing the overall weight of the knife to a mere 2.5 ounces. The handle features four sets of threaded inserts directly moulded into the FRN, allowing the improved hourglass clip to be configured for left or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry. A generously sized lanyard hole adds further functionality, providing a convenient attachment point for lanyards, fobs, or safety lines.
