The Spyderco Roc, designed by renowned custom knifemaker Serge Panchenko, pairs an unconventional cleaver-style blade with a sleek, ergonomically curved handle and a robust LinerLock mechanism, creating a functional and distinctive cutting tool that stands out from the crowd. Precision ground from VG-10 stainless steel, the Roc’s blunt-tipped, PlainEdge™ blade boasts a matte grey blasted finish and a sabre grind, offering a perfect balance between high-performance edge geometry and the strength of a full-thickness spine. The long section of jimping (textured grooves) along the blade’s spine provides a secure grip for your thumb, while the easily accessible Trademark Round Hole™ ensures smooth, one-handed opening with either hand.

Sleek and Unique
The Roc’s handle is built with full skeletonised stainless steel liners and textured G-10 scales, featuring an open-backed construction that reduces weight and makes for easier cleaning and maintenance. The thick liners also form the foundation of the knife’s sturdy LinerLock mechanism, which incorporates a Bob Terzuola-inspired concave lock ramp on the blade’s tang.
For convenient carry and quick access, the Roc is equipped with a reversible deep-pocket wire clip positioned for tip up carry.
