Built from the ground up for peak reliability in harsh, wet, and maritime environments, it brings the proven ergonomics and power of the Shaman platform into the elite Salt Series. At its core sits a broad, full-flat-ground blade crafted from CPM MagnaCut, a groundbreaking steel that defies traditional limitations by combining excellent toughness, exceptional edge retention, and class-leading corrosion resistance. Cloaked in a non-reflective DLC coating, the blade delivers discreet performance with unmistakably premium credentials.

Elite Materials, Zero Compromises
This outstanding blade is paired with a handle that’s every bit as capable as the steel within it. Beneath the contoured black G-10 scales, Spyderco has fitted nested, skeletonised stainless steel liners that form the backbone of the high-strength Compression Lock mechanism. The scales are meticulously machined with the distinctive Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture pattern, giving the knife superb traction even when wet. To complete the package, all hardware including the four-position pocket clip and the liners, is produced from ultra-corrosion-resistant materials and finished in low-profile black coatings to perfectly complement the DLC-treated blade.
