3. All items are offered subject to their availability. Should an item be unavailable after ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for any payments made.

If you are unsatisfied with the alternative, it can be returned under our 30-day returns policy. You also have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for most products, barring a few exceptions, and return them at your own cost.

If you are not fully satisfied, return the product within 30 days of delivery in its original condition with the receipt for an exchange or full refund. Furthermore, all Arctic Knife products have a minimum 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.
9. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund, excluding certain items such as personalised goods or those made to your specifications. Cancellations must be made within 14 days of delivery, citing your order number. We advise securely packaging returns and using a trackable and appropriate shipping service for your protection.
10. Customer reviews should relate solely to the products use and features without linking to external sites or referencing violent activities. Reviews must comply with these guidelines to be eligible for publication.
