A Grail-Level Spyderco Exclusive

The Spyderco Para Military 2 has produced no shortage of legendary exclusives over the years, but few come close to the sheer rarity and specification of this Cutlery Shoppe edition. Combining an unmistakable HEX-pattern orange G-10 handle with the debut of Spyderco’s VaporTech ZrOC blade finish, this is a PM2 built squarely for serious enthusiasts and high-end collectors. More importantly, it remains the one and only Para Military 2 ever produced with a CPM-REX 121 blade, a configuration that instantly secured its status as one of the most sought-after modern Spyderco exclusives. Rarely seen outside the US and exceptionally difficult to source in the UK, examples surface infrequently and tend to disappear just as quickly.

This example is in brand new condition, fresh from Cutlery Shoppe. Complete with original box, papers and collectables.

"I was so lucky to get these! I can't emphasise enough how special these are!" - Mr. Narwhal

Full Tilt PM2

At the heart of this release is a full flat-ground CPM-REX 121 blade, a high-speed tool steel engineered for extreme hardness and astonishing edge retention. Designed to bridge the gap between advanced tool steels and carbide performance, REX 121 has developed an almost mythical reputation amongst steel enthusiasts for its ability to hold a working edge under prolonged use. The blade is finished in Spyderco’s black VaporTech ZrOC coating — the first time this advanced zirconium oxycarbide finish was ever used by the brand — giving the knife a stealthy, low-reflection appearance with exceptional wear resistance. Paired with Cutlery Shoppe’s exclusive HEX-pattern orange G-10 scales, a Compression Lock mechanism, and four-position clip configuration, this is not simply another PM2 variant — it is one of the defining collector pieces of the modern Spyderco era.
